About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and motivated intern to join our Marketing team as part of the Erasmus+ programme.This internship is ideal for someone with some experience who is a forward-thinking, self-motivated individual, eager to take initiative, contribute fresh ideas, and support day-to-day marketing activities independently.

You will have the chance to work across different aspects of marketing, from content creation to event support, research, and campaign planning. This is a hands-on role that will give you exposure to the full marketing lifecycle in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist with basic project management tasks and team coordination.
  • Conduct research on markets, trends, events, and competitors.
  • Support the preparation of marketing materials for product launches and promotions.
  • Write short and engaging copy for social media and internal communications.
  • Proofread marketing and communications materials.
  • Join and contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative planning.
  • Compile and maintain media lists and journalist contacts.
  • Help with task tracking in our project management tool (e.g., Trello, Asana).
  • Organize and manage marketing files and resources in our shared drive.
  • Research conferences, speaking opportunities, and award submissions.
  • Provide logistical support for online and in-person events.
  • Help manage event checklists, timelines, and coordination with vendors and partners.

What Sets Great Candidates Apart

  • Previous experience in marketing, event management, communications, content creation, or related activities (including academic projects, internships, freelance, or volunteer work).
  • A good eye for detail and aesthetics, with an interest in creating visually appealing materials and presentations using tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to learn quickly, take feedback on board, and continuously improve your work.
  • A proactive mindset: you don’t wait to be told what to do, you look for ways to improve processes, campaigns, and results.
