We are building a marketplace that connects coaches with athletes and active hobbyists. Great coaches stay invisible today, and people find them mostly through word of mouth. We're changing that. Small team, fast pace, real ownership from day one.

What you'd do:

• Own how we find and win coaches and users
• Build and run the sales pipeline from first contact to close
• Plan and test marketing across social, email, and outreach
• Talk to coaches, learn what moves them, bring it back to us
• Shape the strategy, don't just execute someone else's

What we're looking for:

• You get excited about sports and wellness
• You're comfortable selling and reaching out to people directly
• You can plan a campaign and also do the work yourself
• You'd rather try, fail, and learn than wait for perfect instructions
