The scope of the project is the development of new sustainable UV curable inks and coatings for the labels, shrink sleeves and flexible food packaging markets. 

Studies will include feasibility, development and scale up stages of the project. 

Day-to-day activities consist out of: 

  • Formulation work: identifying and selecting raw materials (oligomers, monomers, pigments, etc…) that you will mix to develop sustainable ink formulations
  • Tests on formulation and printed samples: rheology, coloristic, surface characteristics
  • Work in collaboration with our customer support experts in performing root-cause analysis on customers challenges

You will be working under guidance and in collaboration with a project manager.

You will gain knowledge around the scope of development, project management, food contact requirements, sustainability aspects of inks and industrial ink production process. 

You will also have the opportunity to work in an international team and environment and to exchange with other departments (process, production, procurement, sales and marketing).
