you love creating order in the chaos while bringing people together, this internship is for you. as our daily operations intern, you will help coordinate workflows across our houses and organize community events that turn strangers into friends.
what you’ll do
- logistics: coordinate cleaning schedules, check-in planning, and minor repair requests.
- inventory: track household supply needs and assist with placing orders.
- events: plan, decorate, and execute monthly community events (dinners, workshops, trips).
- tenant relations: support house managers with daily tenant communication, announce events, and collect feedback.
- community building: brainstorm fresh event ideas to keep the community vibrant.
who you are
- energetic, hands-on, friendly, and strong in planning.
- comfortable with diverse backgrounds and fluent in english (dutch or french is a plus).
- flexible with working hours for scheduled events.
- based in antwerp (or willing to live in a house of co property) for at least 3 months.
