Project Manager/Coordinator Intern – Startup Greece

As a Project Manager/Coordinator Intern at Startup Greece, you will support the planning, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of projects and initiatives. You will help assess project ideas and feasibility, organize activities, analyze outcomes, prepare reports, recommend solutions, and manage specific project tasks that contribute to overall project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate project ideas and feasibility.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and organize project activities.
  • Assess product implementation and impact.
  • Prepare database and project-tracking reports.
  • Review project reports and provide constructive feedback.
  • Analyze information, identify solutions, and make recommendations.
  • Manage assigned parts of project initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and writing skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and WordPress.
  • Academic background in project management, business, economics, or a related field is an advantage.

Other requirements

The minimum duration for an internship is three months, with a maximum of eight months. However, we highly recommend interns to consider staying for a period of four months or longer. This extended duration allows interns to immerse themselves fully in our operations, gaining a comprehensive understanding of our work before concluding their internship. Interns should currently be enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program at a university, or have completed their degree within the past year. Please note that interns are required to bring their own laptops. Kindly be advised that this internship is unpaid.
