The Mission
We are an early-stage, stealth deep-tech venture developing modular extraction processes for Critical Raw Materials (CRMs) on Earth and In-Situ Resource Utilization (ISRU) for space applications.
The Role
You will support the development of non-dilutive R&D proposals targeting major European innovation and research programmes.
- Draft technical methodologies and work packages for EIT RawMaterials, ESA (OSIP / Space Resources), and Horizon Europe
- Assist in consortium mapping and outreach to academic and industrial partners across Europe
- Support the development of baseline process flowsheets and techno-economic metrics
- Contribute to technical research, proposal writing, and supporting documentation
Requirements
- Background in Metallurgical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science
- Graduate, final-year MSc, or PhD level
- Solid understanding of hydrometallurgy and extractive processes, including:
- Leaching
- Ion exchange
- Separation
- Recovery processes
- Strong analytical and technical research skills
- Fluent technical English writing skills (C1/C2)
- Eligibility for an Erasmus+ Traineeship or EYE fellowship
