Build the deal pipeline for a plant brand with about 280,000 followers: publishers, partners, sponsors and B2B clients.
Dirty Roots Berlin is a plant-education brand and creative studio: handmade sphere planters, a book (Leave It the F*** Alone), short videos, a blog and a members club, all built on one idea: most plant advice is noise, so observe more and intervene less. A small studio run by the founder with a rotating team of interns, so you work on real things that ship.
What you will do
- Publisher outreach for the second edition of our book: target list, pitches, follow-ups, tracker.
- Partnership and collab pipeline: brands, plant shops, studios, event partners.
- B2B leads for plant-care services: offices, studios, architects.
- Sponsorship and affiliate conversations that fit the audience.
- Market and competitor research as one-page briefs; keep the CRM and the weekly numbers.
What you will learn
An outbound pipeline from list to reply, publisher and partnership deals, small-brand unit economics, and proposals people answer.
Who you are
- Business, marketing or management student.
- Writes clear English emails and is fine with rejection.
- Organised: you keep a tracker without being asked.
- Remote or a mix works.
