Pittali Winery, a boutique winemaking project based in Cyprus is currently offering two internship positions for passionate and motivated students in any area (enology, agronomy, biology, food science, forestry or other) looking for an immersive hands on experience in a unique terroir. 
Internship offers experience in vineyard management during harvest, traditional and modern winemaking techniques, research and experimental trials, cellar operations from fermentation to stabilisation, quality control and sensory analysis. 
Core internship period September and October 2025. However we are open for longer stays depending on your availability and goals.

A good command of English or Greek is helpful and a passion in learning the art of winemaking essential!
