We are looking for an energetic Marketing & Sales Intern to join the EU Research and Development Agency in Vienna. In this role, you will help us expand our outreach and drive the sales of custom software, digital tools, and web platforms designed specifically for non-governmental organizations (NGOs) across Europe.
This position is ideal for a proactive communicator who wants hands-on experience in tech sales, digital marketing, and non-profit partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and map prospective NGO clients that require software development and digital transformation support.
- Assist in crafting targeted outreach campaigns, client pitches, and marketing presentations.
- Support lead generation through direct outreach (email, LinkedIn, and professional networks).
- Help communicate technical software capabilities in a clear, compelling way to non-technical partners.
- Track client leads and assist in building relationships with non-profit decision-makers.
Requirements:
- Academic background in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or International Relations.
- Strong interest in business development, B2B sales, and digital technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Proactive mindset, great interpersonal skills, and a genuine interest in the non-profit sector.
