Pangaea Youth Network is a youth-led NGO in Horsens, Denmark, creating an inclusive space for local and international youth through non-formal education, cultural exchange, and Erasmus+ mobility. We offer flexible internships across six areas:

Graphic Design – create visuals for social media, newsletters, and events; maintain brand consistency
Web Development – design, code, and maintain our website; improve functionality and user experience
Event Manager – plan and run youth-led events focused on active citizenship and cultural exchange
Public Relations – build relationships with local kommuner, NGOs, and schools; manage communications and outreach
Marketing Management – develop marketing strategy, social media content, and event promotion
Project Management – plan, coordinate, and evaluate youth-led and Erasmus+ projects

All roles include access to Erasmus+ mobilities abroad (travel, food, and accommodation covered by EU funds), a supportive team, and our cosy Horsens office. Find out more about each role on our website: https://pangaeayouth.org

EU/EEA Residents Only - We are currently only able to host candidates who do not require an additional work visa (e.g., EU citizens or those with existing residency).

Applicants should ideally be able to secure Erasmus+ Traineeship funding through their home university or National Agency, as this internship is unpaid and intended to be supported through the Erasmus+ mobility grant/stipend.
