What will you do?
As an intern in the Supply department, you will work at our head office in Breda. During this internship, you will be part of the Digital Transformation & Supply department. The supply team is responsible for ordering/purchasing drinks, glassware and other items for Horeca NL. During the internship you will be able to manage one of our 8 distribution centers. You are also the first point of contact for our internal stakeholders (Customer experience agents and digital experts) and external stakeholders (distribution centers and beverage suppliers e.g. Coca-Cola) regarding orders and stock.
The goal of your internship will be:
- Analyzing and determining optimal stock levels and service levels;
- Processing and following up orders and performing all additional activities;
- Manage logistics master data in SAP;
- Adjusting/improving ordering processes in ERP & Excel;
- Thinking about and implementing process optimization within Supply.
Who/what are we looking for?
- Commercial HBO education;
- Preferably a co-worker intern or a graduate intern who works for at least 4 days;
- Someone with an inquisitive and self-solving attitude who can work independently;
- Excellent communication skills and command of Dutch and English language;
- Some skills with Excel and SAP is an advantage;
- Affinity with the FMCG/Hospitality market is an advantage;
- Duration of 5-6 months;
- Start date september 2025
