👥 Position Overview:

We are looking for an HR Recruitment Assistant Intern to support our team in attracting and selecting talented individuals for various roles within our organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is interested in talent acquisition within an international environment.

👥 Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies.
  • Support the entire hiring process, from job posting to candidate selection.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with potential candidates.
  • Maintain job listings and manage recruitment channels.
  • Help implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes.

👥 Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enjoys engaging with people and working in a team.
  • Interested in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR management.
  • Organized and proactive with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using digital tools for recruitment and HR operations.

❗️Internship requirements:

  • You are able to join us in Agrigento for at least 4 months
  • You are Fluent in English
  • You must be eligible for the Erasmus program.
