Key Responsibilities
- Website Administration: Maintaining and updating our official website, ensuring its security, and uploading new content or announcements.
- Corporate Communication Tools: Managing corporate emails (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365), creating new accounts for team members, and troubleshooting basic access issues.
- Digital Asset Management: Setting up and organizing cloud storage (Google Drive/OneDrive), managing access permissions, and ensuring smooth internal tech operations.
- Small Digital Projects: Helping design and implement simple digital solutions (e.g., setting up registration forms, interactive maps, event landing pages, or automated feedback systems).
- Tech Support: Assisting the team with basic IT-related questions and digital tools.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of CMS platforms and web administration.
- Familiarity with corporate email administration and cloud services.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken) to collaborate with the team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Passion for youth work, sustainability, and non-profit initiatives is a big plus.
