Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone and email to provide product and service support.
  • Review, decide, and process client requests efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey.
  • Share insights with internal teams to enhance product and service quality.
     

Requirements

  • Native-level Dutch and fluent English (B2)
  • Customer support experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, self-driven, and team-oriented
  • High school diploma or vocational training completed
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
