We are recruiting a Donor Relations & Fundraising Officer to strengthen donor care, grow giving, and support key fundraising events and campaigns.

You’ll be great for this role if you’re: relationship-driven, highly organised, strong at follow-ups, and comfortable working with targets and clear reporting.

Key focus areas:

  • Donor stewardship (thank-you, receipting, updates, renewals)
  • Corporate partner follow-ups, engagement and sponsorship deliverables
  • Fundraising pipeline tracking and reporting
  • Support and coordination of priority fundraising events/campaigns

Requirements

  • Experience in fundraising, donor relations, partnerships, account management, or sales.
  • Strong written and verbal communication (professional, warm, and persuasive).
  • Excellent organisation and follow-through; comfortable with targets and weekly reporting.
  • Confidence using tools like Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs/Drive) and CRM-style tracking.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.

Nice to have

  • Experience in NGO/non-profit fundraising or corporate CSR partnerships.
  • Event coordination experience.
  • Basic design/content skills (Canva) or email marketing exposure.
